To successfully deliver a service, there must be a direct and unobstructed line of sight between your property and one of our relays or masts.
Existing customers will be given a unique RaF (Refer-a-Friend) code to share with friends, family and organisations.
A successful referral will result in a reward of one month’s free broadband for both Referrer and Friend.
You can provide a Friend’s Contact Details to SWS only if they have first sought permission from the Friend to share this information with us. Friends can contact us directly and quote the Referrer’s unique RaF code.
RaF codes cannot be applied retrospectively.
The Reward will be applied to Referrer and Friend accounts after the first full month’s service.
